The goals of the Oak Island Homeowners' Association include providing service to our members by keeping them informed of Association rules, regulations, and requirements for membership.  Becoming a reliable source of information for the residents of our community, and giving our members the opportunity to have an active role in the Oak Island decision-making process.

We will promote the health, safety, welfare, and interests of the residents of Oak Island Phases I and II, located in the New Orleans East area near Six Flags (Michoud). Together, we will both preserve and enhance property values and the quality of life within the Oak Island community.
